Return & Refund Policy
Humari koshish rehti hai ki aap tak behtareen products pahuche. Humari policy niche diye gaye rules ke mutabik kaam karti hai:
1. Cancellation Policy (Order Cancel Karna)
- 48 Hours ke andar: Agar aap apna order place karne ke 48 ghante (hours) ke andar cancel karte hain, toh aapko 100% Full Refund milega.
- 48 Hours ke baad: Agar aap 48 ghante beetne ke baad order cancel karte hain, toh total amount se 20% cancellation charge kaat kar baaki paisa refund kiya jayega.
2. Return Policy (Product Milne ke Baad)
- No Returns: Ek baar product customer ko deliver ho gaya (mil gaya), uske baad use return ya exchange nahi kiya jayega.
- Hum aapse guzarish karte hain ki order place karne se pehle product ki details dhyan se check kar lein.
3. Undelivered Parcels (Customer ki Galti se Return)
Agar parcel customer ki kisi galti ki wajah se humein wapas (Return to Origin) milta hai, jaise ki:
- Galat address dena.
- Phone pick-up na karna.
- Delivery ke waqt ghar par na hona.
Toh aisi soorat mein, Delivery Charges kaat kar baaki bacha hua amount hi refund kiya jayega.
4. Refund Process
Refund approve hone ke baad, paisa aapke original payment method mein 5-7 working days ke andar credit kar diya jayega.
